RTCW at the London Marathon

Round Table Children’s Wish want to say a huge thank you to the members of Round Table who joined our London Marathon team this year to help us raise vital funds to continue the work we do in making treasured memories and magical moments come true to many children who are battling  life-threatening illnesses.

Since being started by a Round Table member 25 years ago, we have received phenomenal support from Round Table, which have included members who put themselves forward for the challenge of a lifetime – running the London Marathon!

This year we were honoured to have the following members of Round Table on our marathon team;

These were Kevin Chard, David King, Kevin Howard, Rikki Jones, Simon Thomas, Simon Cooper, Oliver Crichton, Andy Waring (past member) and David Tindall (past member).

We wanted to say a massive thank you for your support and for also helping us raise awareness of what we do as a charity.  We know there are many Round Tabler’s out there who hold RTCW close to their hearts and are passionate about the work we do and want us to continue helping more children and young people to have their dreams realised.

We were also very thankful to the Round Table members who came along to support the charity, cheer on the runners and wave by their fellow Tablers. Thank you so much for taking the time out to do this!

If you are interested in joining the London Marathon team in 2016, please contact Fundraiser, Samantha Read on 01202 514515 or email
